What TrackIt! actually does
TrackIt! is a light rooftop asset system. We visit your site, tag each major rooftop unit with a durable QR code, and create an online profile for that asset. Anyone you work with can scan the tag and see consistent, up-to-date information—even if they have never been on the roof before.

We install UV-stable, scannable tags at safe, accessible locations on each unit so technicians can scan quickly.

Back at the office, we capture make, model, serial numbers, capacities, and photos into individual asset pages.

We link your Rooftop Reports, roof map references, and key notes so every scan connects the physical unit to its history.

Pricing is straightforward: a one-time tagging fee per asset, plus a small annual hosting fee to keep the profiles online and linked to new reports.

Common questions
Do I need a Rooftop Report to use TrackIt!?
No. TrackIt! can be installed as a stand-alone tagging project. If you later add Rooftop Reports, we’ll link your reports back to the existing asset IDs.
Do my technicians need an app?
No apps or logins are required. TrackIt! profiles open in a standard web browser when the QR code is scanned.
Who owns the data?
You do. TrackIt! is vendor-neutral. We maintain the profiles and links, but the information is about your site and can be exported if needed.
Can I use this across multiple buildings?
Yes. IDs can be prefixed by site or campus, and we can roll up tagging and hosting for multiple locations under one agreement.
