Yes. We can flag aging rooftop units, observed deterioration, missing information, and near-term concerns to support rooftop unit replacement planning. Vendor pricing and mechanical diagnostics are handled by the relevant contractors.
Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% within 30 days of report delivery. Terms may vary depending on project size and client requirements.
We accept EFT, e-transfer, or company cheque. Credit card payments are not currently accepted.
Most reports are delivered within 3–5 business days after the site visit. Large sites, multi-building portfolios, or custom reporting formats may take longer.
Often, yes. Annual or periodic updates help track condition changes, replacement progress, and new rooftop equipment before records become stale.
