Frequently Asked Questions

Short, direct answers about scope, timelines, pricing, and payment.

1) What does a report include?

An inventory of rooftop mechanical assets (e.g., RTUs, exhaust fans, MAUs), nameplate data where visible, photos, observable condition, estimated remaining service life, and a prioritized action plan.

2) What is not included?

We do not remove panels, take measurements, or perform destructive testing. Reports are visual and audible observation only and are not engineering certifications.

3) What is the typical turnaround?

Most reports are delivered within 3–5 business days after the site visit. Large/multi‑building sites may take longer.

4) What buildings do you work on?

Commercial, industrial, retail, warehouse, office, and multi‑tenant properties. Contact us to confirm specialized facilities.

5) How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on asset count and complexity. See Pricing for tiers; we’ll quote a fixed fee for larger sites.

6) What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% within 30 days of report delivery. Terms may vary depending on the project.

7) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT, e‑transfer, or company cheque. Credit card payments are not currently accepted.

8) Can I rely on the report for long‑term planning?

Yes—the report is designed for capital planning. Because conditions change, we recommend an annual review to keep your asset picture current. We can also set up a recurring reminder on your preferred schedule so you don’t need to remember to reach out.
